Which territory would the caller be from that has this kind of phone dialing?
It sounded like the random caller; I hanged up right away when I assumed it was a prank call, because I thought he was saying “mum”. But then I realized he may have actually been saying “ma’am”, but I couldn’t distinguish it right away because of his accent. It may have been british/English, I may be mistaken. But I’m posting the number out of paranoia, for why would someone from around the UK/Europe be making a random call to Canada? If he was trying to scam, then he should be found.

this is a scam for sure …… try to call their free number as many times as you can as for each call they pay
